Delays

Print Books
Because our print books are produced on-demand, returns are accepted only in cases of:

Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery, with supporting photos.
Digital Products (if applicable)
Digital items cannot be returned due to their downloadable nature.
Refunds may be granted only if the file is defective or inaccessible.
Order Cancellations

Once printing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
