Author of the acclaimed Marina Series and the Nanobubble Series, he brings a rare combination of management-systems rigour with extensive marina-development experience. He is also, with Farrokh Golchin, a pioneer of the Oxyfusion nanobubble system — patented water-treatment technology that the two have developed, commercialized, and deployed across diverse industries over more than a decade. He works worldwide from his base in the United Arab Emirates, where his recent focus has been the transformation of the Gulf coastline and the role of marinas within the region’s national visions.

Farrokh is a specialist in marina infrastructure and marine technology across the Gulf and the wider region. His work encompasses the equipment, systems, and technologies that make modern marinas function — from waterfront infrastructure to water-quality and environmental solutions — as well as the business of bringing these to waterfront projects throughout the GCC and beyond. A co-author of both the Marina Series and the Nanobubble Series, he is also, with Ralf Heron, co-developer of the patented Oxyfusion nanobubble technology, which Homeport designs, manufactures, installs, and maintains for a global market. Based in the United Arab Emirates, he combines strategic and technical insights with commercial and practical delivery — a blend that has helped shape the transformation of the Gulf coastline into the destination it is today.
